Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The setting is truly lovely, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and the ambiance in the restaurant was delightful thanks to a live pianist. However, the Wi-Fi was a major letdown, and some aspects of the service felt disorganized. The food was decent but a bit repetitive. Overall, it has great potential but needs improvement in several areas.
Overall, my stay here was quite underwhelming. The location is handy for safaris, and the staff, while young, was pleasant and eager to help. However, the hotel feels more like a large tour group setup with dim lighting and lackluster amenities. Dining options were adequate but could use better presentation, and I found the entire experience lacking the luxury I expected. The pool had an issue with algae, making it unattractive to use.
I had quite the experience at this hotel. We splurged a bit on an upgrade to the Presidential Suite, and it was lovely with beautiful views. The staff was friendly, but the dining options were a letdown, especially the average meals and chaotic service. The facilities, including the swimming pool, left much to be desired due to cleanliness issues. While the suite was comfortable and spacious, I wouldn’t rate it highly due to these drawbacks.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, especially the stunning natural surroundings and the proximity to Udawalawe National Park. The wildlife is amazing, and the pool area is a beautiful, relaxing spot. However, the dining options were quite limited and not very appealing, which was disappointing. I would recommend this resort for its location and overall experience, but maybe consider dining elsewhere.
I had a lovely stay at this resort spa, especially enjoying the beautiful grounds and spacious accommodations. While the Presidential Suite upgrade was definitely a treat, I found the dining could use more variety, particularly when it comes to meal options. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great getaway, but the slow internet access was a letdown.
